Raja Group (est. 1961) established Gulf Rig Supplies in 2018. Decades of collaboration, networking and building goodwill with the private* and public** Oil & Gas industry companies in Kuwait, made the Group’s expansion into providing drilling equipment and installation, an obvious and natural business extension. Indeed, Raja Group has applied this strategy time and again to grow exponentially in most of its business undertakings.

Again, the establishment of Gulf Rig Supplies by Raja Group was strategically timed with the Kuwaiti government’s awarding the building of oil rigs to new companies such as Trinidad Drilling, CNPC, KCA, Deutag, etc., in 2019, and the Kuwaiti government’s establishment of Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC) project during 2020-2021.
On the supply procurement side, Raja Group maintains excellent contacts and professional relationships with the American and Global manufacturers and suppliers of branded oil and gas drilling equipment and products such as ACT, M&M valves, BestOlife, Sioux, Tracerco, Amphenol, Mud King, Spencer, and many others that are approved by the major Kuwait Oil Companies. Raja Group works with these globally reputed equipment manufacturing companies to continuously improve their products so as to better service the drilling companies and their urgent needs.

Also, Raja Group has partnered with Dapsang Energy Solutions to provide and install drilling equipment and spare parts for oil and gas drilling companies. Dapsang Energy Solutions is a leading supplier of industrial products, equipment, spare parts, and solutions for the oil and gas, telecom, energy, and construction industry. The Dapsang team has professional expertise in equipping oil rigs and is constantly looking for the most innovative products and technologies to complement their capabilities, and ultimately enhance customer satisfaction.
